Property Description

Reminds me of my grandparents' old house. Huge, sprawling, with knooks and crannys everywhere. Cool, cool, 1945 Vintage. Centrally located pretty much near everything in town. Huge double lot with an established garden area, lots of room. Even a small pond! Plenty of off street parking and what appears to be an RV pad on the end of the 600 sf garage. 2 story house with 2 bedrooms and a bath downstairs, and 2 beds and a bath upstairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a separate sitting room, or study, or nursery, or whatever. Plenty of room for everyone and their stuff. Attic storage, actually storage everywhere. Rare find in town with this much space inside and out. Every time I go there I discover something new. There was the old oil furnace room under the kitchen. You get to it through a trap door in the pantry and then a ladder down. Roughly 6' x 8' with concrete floor and walls, was dry and you could stand up! I'm thinking root cellar, bomb shelter, or a great place to hide. Another really functional feature for the gear head in your family is the steel I beam running overhead the length of the shop. Ideally set up for a beam trolley hoist. Found a vintage birdhouse today that deserves to stay. Did I mention how cool this place is?
